La anfitriona súper amable, estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitamos. Nos dejó la nevera abastecida con una cantidad de alimentos que no siquiera alcanzamos a consumirlos y también nos dejó postres y una botella de vino

Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wybraliśmy pobyt ze śniadaniem. Niczego nie brakowało na śniadania i nie tylko. Ilość produktów taka, że na kolację spokojnie wystarczyło. Patrizia dopytywała w trakcie pobytu czy nic nie brakuje. Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania okolicznych innych miejscowości i samej Bolonii. Przy kolejnej wizycie z pewnością tu wrócimy. Dziękujemy Patrizia :)

Patrizia egy igazán kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész vendéglátó! Sajnos nagy késéssel érkeztünk, de minden információval ellátott, az épületbe és a lakásba is könnyen bejutottunk, ahol patyolat tisztaság és egy ételekkel telepakolt hűtő várt minket érkezéskor. Felvágottak, szószok, italok, gyümölcs és minden, amiből egy kései érkezés esetén egy vacsorát, de még egy másnapi reggelit is össze lehet dobni! Az ágy kényelmes, a lakás teljesen felszerelt, minden igényt kielégít!

L'appartamento spazioso...pulito...vicinissimo alla stazione a 1 fermata da Bologna centrale...si può così dimenticare anche l'auto...Superconfortevole e dotato di tutto ciò che serve(anche oltre!!)dagli Asciugamani a un frigorifero che trasborda di vivande...Host socievole e molto precisa...Grazie

Clean, cosy and spacious apartment. Very friendly host. Very well equipped kitchen and fridge full of various foods (including welcoming bottle of wine and cake). Train station in 2 minutes walking distance and from there you can get to city centre in 6 minutes.

Cannot really complain. You might need your own Italy socket adapter (3-prong slim).

Where to start... I don't think we could have picked a better spot to stay for our trip to Bologna. The hotels in the city are SO expensive, it feels hard to justify a cost like that for a short city break, so I found this place which was further out but seemed to have excellent transport links. Upon arrival, the host greeted us with the keys and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment exceeded expectations, it is huge and even better than imagined. Very clean and cosy, and a fully stocked kitchen which was a wonderful and welcome surprise. After a long day of travelling, it was nice to make a snack platter before heading out! The bed is firm but comfy, we slept very well every night we were here. The apartment is right next to a train station which we had intended to use to get into town but ended up walking every day instead (only about 30 mins to the city). We used the train once to get to the Ducati Museum and could not have been more straightforward to figure out. You can also take day trips further out quite easily from here - to Rimini, for example, or you can head into the City to go on to Florence or Milan. Yes the property is near a train track but to be honest you stop noticing them after about the first day, and they don't run through the night. The host, Patrizia, is so lovely as well and was super responsive when I needed to ask some questions over WhatsApp. She was also super accommodating when we needed something to do with our luggage on the last day as our flight home was quite late and we still had a full day. I am so grateful for that, it made our lives so much easier. This place is truly a gem and I really would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Bologna. We certainly know where we will be staying next time we come back!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

A anfitriã Patrizia foi super acolhedora e generosa. O apartamento superou nossas expectativas. Muito amplo, confortável, limpo, com decoração de bom gosto. Uma geladeira super abastecida e os armários também. A localização muito boa, com uma estação de trem bem próxima ao apartamento. Wi-fi funcionou perfeitamente. Recomendamos muito!
