Coalescence Hotel Rwanda

It is situated in a pleasant, easily accessible location. The outdoor ambiance was breathtaking, with lots of flowers and an amazing view. The room was also neat and clean, but the bathroom had a stale smell when I got in. It did get better after a couple of days, though. My favorite part is the living room and the kitchen in the apartment, it was beautiful. The staff were also helpful, and the Wifi was good.

The stale, musty smell in the bathroom when I got in. It did get better after a few hours but I think that shoudn't have been an issue in the first place.

The facility is located next to a wetland. I would wake up to frogs singing. Sockets are not well places, for instance I could not use my laptop with the TV on. Breakfast was not good.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Nous avons aimé prendre notre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur les jardins aux alentours. Le personnel est sympa et efficace. Nous nous sentons en sécurité .

It’s very clean,comfortable,quiet. The staff are very welcoming and also helpful. Honestly it’s a good steal for that price. I’d definitely stay here again when in Kigali. And it’s in a very nice area. It feels more of home than a hotel

The stairs,I wish there was a lift. Otherwise everything other thing is ok

The environment for me looks like a Home away from Home. So serene, clean, lovely Flowers which added a good ambience to the environment. The room I stayed in was cool. I can't wait to visit Rwanda again Just for the fact that my accommodation and stay at Coalescence was top notch. I won't forget the kitchen, it is as mentioned very lovely spacious and with fridges available but for the Kitchen band Rooms. I enjoyed the Service of the help we had, Amos by name was very humble and he helped make our stay memorable. There was constant Light, and the environment was airing. The rooms were cleaned and decorated each day with lovely bedding. I enjoyed sitting out on my Balcony and having a sip at the mini outdoor sitting.

Okay for my dislike, I feel there needs to be a little work on the bathroom plumbing, especially for the room that I stayed in. Besides that everything looked okay. As for we Nigerians we like Cold, with that I like chilling Ac. Maybe the facility manager may look at positioning ACs in rooms. Although I was provided with one when I requested for it, but if installed in all rooms that will suffice.
