I paid on booking.com but the hotel owner still has not received his money, i logged a call with booking.com to raise the matter and booking.com is not interested in resolving the matter

I had an amazing time staying at Coalescence hotel Staff working there is extreemly helpful and fast. Location of hotel is close to city's attractions. Room was clean and nicely decorated

"Excellent 'home away from home"

The breakfast was a real highlight of my stay! It was truly sumptuous with so many fresh and high-quality options

shower drainage was very slow, causing water to pool on the bathroom floor.

It is my 3rd time staying at Coalescence hotel and it is as good ,relaxing as before. I really enjoy the the staff of the Hotel welcomes you .You feel in a safe environement and it is relaxing . I really enjoyed the vieuw I had from my room , and the patio were you can have a breakfast and enyoy a local cup of tea. The location is perfect i discvover few restaurant around and also a supermarkets . The wifi si really good and the rooms are clean. The bed are really confortable. I will recomend Coalescence hotel for long or short stay. Every time I come is a wonderful and amazing stay thanks to the collaboration or 4 amzing staff .A very big thank you to AMOS, CHANTAL, MUSTAFA and EMMANUEL. Thank you for always making my stay good as the previous one.

The staff especially amos was quite friendly and helpful

The breakfast menu was similar daily so a bit of variety would be ice, but what they made was nice
