Einfach alles perfekt! Die Unterstützung aller Mitarbeiter. Das tolle Frühstück im Freien! Die sauberen Zimmer und die perfekt gepflegte Anlage. Ich komme mehrmals im Jahr hierher! Habe auch schon sehr viele Unterkünfte getestet! Diese Unterkunft ist für mich perfekt! Preis-Leistung ist Top!!!

It felt like a home, simple and peaceful. I had good breakfast. The rooms and outside environment were also very tidy. The staff was friendly and also quite helpful.

The street of the location is quite rough and unpaved, however access to the property is not difficult.

Substantial breakfast. I like how they ask how you would like it made. Super clean, comfortable rooms. Simply and elegantly decorated. Spacious shared kitchen and living room. I loved the tasteful, minimalistic look and feel. Professional friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for walking - many hills in the location. Several shops and restaurants nearby, including the bustling Simba Center. Reasonable bike transport fare to most locations. Ample parking for guests with cars.

Though safe, the access road was unlit for the duration of my stay (2 nights), which may be a little uncomfortable for visitors arriving or leaving at night. That said, each property, including Coalescence Hotel, has its own external lighting.

Amazing stay in Kigali, this place is a paradise . It's calm , relax and clean. The staff team like Emmanuel ,Mustafa ,Chantal and others are always there to help for anything. You have your privacy ,tge beds are confortable and the vieuw from your room is wonderful. It is the 2nd time and I love it even more. I would recomend this place for a long or short stay.

This is the second time I stay at Coalescence and I think it's becoming my home in Rwanda. I especially like the cleanliness, comfort, facilities, as well as professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

In some rooms wifi is weaker than other rooms. In common areas it works very well.

The location was good and convenient to go to and from.
