Akwaba Lodge Island Boutique Hotel

We had a jungle house and it was big, spacious, and beautiful! The space was well cared for and we had everything we needed. Natali was easy to communicate with via whatsapp and we found the meals delicious. The grounds are well cared for and we used their paddle board and kayak!

Sometimes coordination of water taxi's was frustrating, they were late or didn't show up. Also, be aware of the sand flies! So many bug bites!

Amazing experience at Akwaba. Highly recommend it!! The location is quiet and peaceful, and strategically located to visit other islands, beaches, and the dolphins! The hosts were really friendly, warm and helpful. They happily scheduled us transportation to and from the hotel to the airport, recommended tours and other activities. Both the breakfast and the dinners were very good! The facilities are clean, and the lodge has the perfect deck to relax and enjoy the sunset. You can also use the Kayaks and the paddle board (for free!) and go snorkeling nearby😍

Nothing to note, everything was amazing! We only stayed 2 days, but if I could change anything, I would only extend my stay for at least 3 full days!

Le professionnalisme et surtout la grande gentillesse de Natali et de JC, toujours attentionnés et de très bons conseils. La nourriture délicieuse, le lieu magnifique, les chambres confortables : absolument tout était parfait. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme des amis, presque comme en famille. Une guesthouse exceptionnelle que nous recommandons sans hésiter ❤️. Leur petit garçon Oscar attend la venue d’un lutin. C’est certain, il se sentira heureux dans cette guesthouse pleine d’harmonie.

Los dueños son muy atentos y nos ayudaron a organizar el transporte y la excursión a Isla zapatilla. La comida casera muy buena.

No hay nevera en la habitación, ni aire acondicionado pero hay ventilador.
