Arrived by train so good location to walk to and central for sightseeing in Palermo. Good to be in the hustle and bustle of the city.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and exceptionally well-equipped, offering everything one might need for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean, ideally located, and the host was outstanding—attentive, responsive, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property without hesitation.

The apartment is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator, which may be a consideration for some; however, it poses no issue for younger individuals. While the windows and exterior walls provide effective insulation against outside noise, internal soundproofing is limited. Noise from neighbours and the staircase is clearly audible, particularly in the mornings, which can be annoying.

Location is perfect. Can sit on the balcony and people watch. 3 balconies actually but only a table and chairs on one. Spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Clean. Close to shops. Directions to the apartment were easy. Communication with the owner prompt and courteous. Excellent wifi. Great restaurants away. Lidl 5 min walk away.

The 59 steps to reach it. It wasn’t bad once we got our luggage up but it’s a workout.

It is a lively spot in the evenings so it can be very noisy. Ok if you want to be in the centre of the action tho.

The Wifi was amazing for digital nomads. The place was perfectly located and had lots of space for a big group. The bathroom facilities were great and the fridge and kitchen were excellently equipped.

The only negative point is that it is one block away from the fish market. At night, it becomes quite noisy, so you should be ready for having a party close by.

The clean and spacious apartment with lots of extras and balcony.

Not the owners fault but very noisy 3 of the 4 nights we were there in August from 11pm - 4.30am with loud music from the piazza nearby. The good thing about the property was its location being close to everything but this was also the bad thing about the property in the end.

Location, cleanliness, facilities. Gloria was so considerate and made sure we had everything we needed. There was even cold water and a wine bottle in the fridge.

This beautifully furnished apartment was in a great location walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It had everything to make our stay comfortable including chilled bottles of water and a delicious bottle of wine.

The only comment I have is that the noise from a late night bar below made for a few sleepless nights. Suggest providing ear plugs for light sleepers.
