Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location with ocean view and amazing garden to have dinner while watching sunset. The reservation manager Fateema was very kind and helpful 😀 👍

The pool was not cleaned, the hotel explained that the staff who was looking after the pool got sick 😳.

great location on the waterfront, quiet area, easy to find, and good value

rather "faded glory" ....in desperate need of refurbishment..... fantastic location and could be so much more ....but everything from dated rooms to towel rails falling off to mismatched cutlery and poor food, staff were friendly but really really need some training

The stuff was very helpful and kind. Especially Ms Fatema, the manager was super supportive. No objection in terms of services from the personnel.

I wish the pool was functional, unfortunately it was not cleaned due to the staff sickness and we were not able to swim in the pool.

There’s no standardized customer experience. Your experience will largely depend upon the staffer you will encounter. For instance, the lady we met at the reception during check-in had a foul mood for whatever reason and couldn’t be bothered. On the contrary the gentleman beside her, as well as the chef were super friendly and helpful. They also included items we had not ordered in our bill and upon pushing back they claimed it to be a miscoding yet the totals weren’t still adding up. It’s difficult not to feel that this was intentional. The amenities are also quite dated but one can see renovations happening and hopefully they will improve.
