TZThe location was good, quiet and by the ocean, which was nice. But that’s the only good thing about it.
Staff did what they could and were friendly. But the whole hotel needs work. Cockroaches in the rooms. No iron in the rooms and Laundry service closes at 5pm, ridiculous. Dirty bathroom with worn out fixtures. Only one staff member (a middle aged woman) who did everything, from carrying guest luggage to room service. We had an event taking place and the only thing provided was the grounds, not even room discount for the wedding guests.
