Nice terrace and breakfast! Beds super comfortable!

Hot water sometimes was missing

We walk up the steep hill thru the Medina from the ferry. Took about 20 minutes, but it is possible to take cab and walk about 3 minutes to the house. À very nice place with a wonderful view

The rooms need an update and deep clean, especially the carpets and bathroom

The rooms are different to the pictures. Booking a upholstery cleaning company for the sofas and carpets is very much needed

Nice setting and location. Staff was wonderful.

Bed sheets were pilly. I would have slept really well if they were smooth. With nightly rate that was charged, I think they could update bedding.

La posizione e lo staff che lo gestisce sono educati e gentili.

Purtroppo il costo è di gran lunga esagerato rispetto a quello che offre ai propri ospiti. Siamo arrivati alle 8 di sera e siamo venuti a conoscenza del fatto che una camera delle tre, già prenotate e pagate in anticipo, non era più disponibile per un guasto. Nessuno ci ha avvisato preventivamente e i due ospiti sono dovuti andare a dormire in un’altra struttura creando molto disagio al gruppo. Inoltre ci hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno comunque per tutti e la mattina dopo è stata richiesta un’ulteriore cifra ai due ospiti nonostante l’avessimo già pagata. Il proprietario è del tutto assente e non risponde mai su Booking. Le camere in se sono carine ma: - puzzano di fogna - l’aria condizionata/riscaldamento aveva un cattivo odore e quindi l’abbiamo dovuta spegnere per evitare di ammalarci - le lenzuola erano vecchie e non consoni con il prezzo della struttura

Shower didn’t drain quickly so shower tray filled up Cold at night

The bed, very comfortable, slept extremely well at night. Great location to get right, historical perspective of the Qasbah.

Much left to be desired. They didn’t have basic things, like toiletry, tissues. Also, had issues with air conditioning (heating). The stairs were steep, which could have been easier to use had there been support/handrails, which in absence of elevators made it a nightmare coming up and down. I would not recommend staying here for anyone with mobility/knee issues. No telephone/intercom. There was no food variety for the breakfast that was offered. No alternative to extremely oily omelette. No room service. This is all, despite the great hospitality skills of the manager, Abdoabdurrrahman.
