Clean and equipped apartment. Perfect geographical position for visiting tourist sites on foot. The bus stop is not far away when you want to go to the beach for example. We recommend !

The property was in a great area of Palermo Walking distance to just about everything Really good restaurants nearby We lucked a free park just out the front but otherwise there is parking within 5 minutes walk It is a beautiful building with some green space to relax in

Location is great - perfect, so close to everything and so quiet at night. Very secure and a lovely situation. Also dark at night - perfect for sleeping. When we needed an extra pillow the host was so quick to respond.

The kitchen has a cooktop and microwave but no equipment for cooking at all. No knives, no basic necessities so disappointing when staying somewhere with great markets and produce. Also no instructions or guidebook with recommendations for local restaurants or tips for traveling- I know we all have google but most hosts go to this trouble and it is much appreciated.

As other reviews says, it's a large, stylish, comfortable flat that is immaculate. It is in an upscale palazzo conversion and dead quiet at night. The bed is comfortable and the crisp sheets (and shower) are worthy of a 5* boutique hotel. We stayed for two weeks and my husband was occasionally working from 'home' and WIFI was strong. The location is excellent with endless restaurants and wine bars nearby , and you can walk to all the main tourist sites. Bus links are good. Riccardo is a 10*+ host. All communication was answered quickly. Because we were staying for so long and probably cooking more than most guests we asked for extra utensils, and all were delivered within a day. The apartment is highly recommended, and in hindsight seems like an absolute bargain. Highly recommend. Try Brillo wine bar, Sapori Perduti restaurant, bar Ruvolo for morning coffee and croissants, Rosso Di Vino for excellent pizzas and Bistot 107. Osteria Nanna Dora is Ok but overrated with unfriendly service; Bistot 107 beats it hands down.

What is described as a 'balcony' is more like a window ledge. You can't actually sit on it.

The apartment is very nice, clean, there's everything you need in there and we loved the huge bed with a good materace. Very good and clean shower and a good hair dryer, which is a great thing that I didn't have to bring mine. The location is also great, so all the main sights are walking distance. Also it is quiet at night, so we had a very good sleep. There was coffee, tea in the kitchen. The host is very nice and helpful.

There's no dedicated parking place, so we had to use the nearby parking 10 Eur per night. There's also a free parking street, but there were no free spots there, and it took us some time to look for a spot and then eventually use the paid parking. We were looking for an apartment with parking and it was said so at booking.com, but actually there's no parking, so you should be aware. You will have to look for were to park your car.

The apartment was exceptional! The beds were comfy, the rooms were kept really well. The apartment is in the heart of the city and very quiet at night. You are walking distance from everything.

Stay here. The location is great, the apartment wonderful, and the host attentive. The bedroom was much more spacious than anticipated. The rest of the apartment is also very spacious, clean and comfortable. Riccardo is an excellent host, keeping in touch around our needs. We had a car and wanted to park in a secure lot. It was a holiday and the lot was closed, but Riccardo made arrangements for it to be opened especially for us, meeting us there and then taking us to the apartment. We have been traveling for nearly three months and this is the best place we have stayed.

Riccardo was kind enough to guide us to a parking lot and meet us there to walk us to the apartment— much appreciated! The beautiful apartment building is in a good location for walking to the Vucceria market or Teatro Massimo. Spacious, modern, clean, very new, if a little sparse. Our requests were taken care of promptly and graciously. We were very happy.

The living room area had one sofa, comfortable for two persons. Could use seating for two more people and coffee/end tables, to make a better space for relaxing together.

The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and in a quiet area in the palace. Two bedroom and bathroom are perfect for the people who don't want to share the same toilet. Espresso machine was very good and capsule with Sicilian flavour. Both Beds was very comfortable. We arrived a bit early but Riccardo managed to let us check in earlier. Thank you so much!
