Great apartment in a very nice building and excellent location

No noise, central, clean, bed very comfortable

This apartment was in the heart of the old town Palermo, a perfect location. Located in a quite back street far from any noise. The apartment was modern with all you need for a good stay Plenty of room to move about. The host was outstanding and was of enormous help and always contactable. This was a good choice.

Nothing to do with the accommodation but if you have your own car please be aware of the ZTL pass required while travelling in and out of the old town. To be paid daily, the fines can be costly.

Cool building

Missing a washing machine - it's stated on the main page, but it would have been convenient.

Quiet neighbourhood, all rooms to the inner courtyard. Well located. Good choice of restaurants in the nearby. Supermarkets within few minutes Walk. Close distance to the main sightseeing points.

The entrance to the property was very grand and the lift very welcomed. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It was in a great location to explore Palermo.

We would have appreciated some little bottles of water in the fridge as it was very hot and we had traveled a long way.

Difficult to park. In the kitchen there was coffee but nothing else (tea for instance).

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this lovely apartment, perfectly located in the heart of the city. It's within easy walking distance of all the key attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. As two couples, the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout was ideal, and the spacious living room gave us plenty of room to relax. Each bedroom and the living room have separate A/C units, which made it very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge, which we appreciated. The place is clean, newly renovated, and truly a rare gem. Highly recommend!

The location was good, it's a quiet side-street with a private courtyard so there's no noise from outside but you're only a couple of streets away from the centre. Plenty of good local places to eat and drink nearby. There is free street parking outside the property but you'll have to be lucky to get a space. There is paid parking nearby but it's expensive and it's not 24-hour so collecting your car could be frustrating. Reaching the area by car isn't too bad either. The apartment itself is very nice, a large living area, really modern kitchen and appliances, comfortable sofa and most importantly a very comfortable bed which is really rare in Sicily. Riccardo was very helpful and secured us parking at the local car park. Checkout is at 09:30 which is a little early but he let us keep our bags there until 11:30. He was very quick to reply when we had a question too.

There's not much to dislike to be fair, it's a high quality apartment in the centre of Palermo. If I was being really critical, we could have had more coffee pods and maybe some complimentary water in the fridge. The parking situation is a little frustrating but it's not Riccardo's fault. The checkout is a little too early too.
