Tomasi Apartment Palermo

The apartment is specious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for us two couples. The location is very good, walkable to almost all the attractions. And it is very quiet!

Nothing actually. But a curtain for the bathtub in one bathroom would be perfect.

The apartment is very comfortable and perfect for two couples or a couple with two sons, because it has two bedrooms with comfortable beds and smart tvs and two bathrooms. It has also a living room with another tv and two tables for the meals. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is inside a beautiful building with private access and the location is perfect, away from confusion and noises but very close to the center and good restaurants, supermarkets and stores. Palermo is impressive and this apartment is perfect to visit the most important spots of the city. The owner is very kind and accessible. When I return to Palermo I will stay here again.

The air conditioning of one of the bedrooms had a problem and our daughter wasn't able to use it, so, the bedroom was to hot during night. But things like this happen and Riccardo tried to manage the situation. But this is only a detail that didn't was enough to cause a bad impression, even because the apartment has two more air conditionings and it was not Riccardo's fault.

Large, tastefully decorated, clean, spacious apartment, very short walk to old town in a very secure, beautiful building. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living area. Host helped to arrange secure 24hr parking (15 euros per day), a 7min walk away from apartment.

A washing machine would have been useful and bed covers (there were clean top and bottom sheets only on beds). An air con issue was reported which the owner committed to resolve immediately.

The apartment it si very clean and confortabel. The houst very nice ( we meet at the apartment); it is located in a old pallazzo ( but just renovated). We had all the accesories for the kitchen. It is located ner the main street ( waking distance). The beds are very confortable, ac and tv in every room. Very good for location and money paid.

Riccardo is extremely kind and hospitable. The apartment is centrally located. It's very easy to arrive to, near alot of great restaurants, famous streets... and did i mention how clean it was! You can tell he really takes care of the space and wants his guests to feel comfortable and at home. The beds were super comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were also quite spacious. The property had an elevator, even though it was located just up one very short flight of stairs. This was nice to have the option to do an easy walk up or to take the elevator. It was a pleasant surprise to know that Riccardo actually remembered us. I think that's such a great quality to have as a host. He was available for any questions we had. This was actually the second time I stayed at the apartment (I had such an amazing experience the first time!). I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The place is amazing, the building and the apartments are also superb! It’s new, clean, very comfortable beds, espresso machine everything needed for a good 3 day stay !

There was no water in the fridge :( the balcony was a terrace, we haven’t personally met the host. Just if you place some few explanations in English for the parking with ZTL pass, with the WiFi pass, with some recommendations about interesting places and restaurants and 2 small bottles of water in the fridge it will be perfect !

A lot of things are missing in the apartment, starting with a blanket in the bed,salt at the kitcen, basic everyday things like toilet paper. We received a key with a code lock on it, very cumbersome and large. When one leaves the apartment and takes a key to leave the gate, the electricity in the apartment is turned off and the wifi and air conditioners cannot be used. We asked the owner of the apartment for help with the parking and he conditioned it by rating it 10 in Booking. very annoying we pay for the all appartment but the owner closed some rooms, and we can use only one bathroom. the appartment is at ZTL zoon . the owner misguide us and told us we need to pay the day after. it is wrong and we have to pay a fee
