We loved staying here. The property is very classy and in an excellent location. We are always looking for somewhere quiet to stay and this was perfectly situated for a great nights sleep but walking distance to everything.

Riccardo was wonderful- he met us and got us oriented, then checked in over the course of the week. The apartment is beautiful! It is in a very safe building, formerly a convent, now with a lovely courtyard. It was close to everything- museums and churches, markets, and the harbor. I felt safe walking alone at night (I'm a petite female). The A/C worked really well, the apartment had great dishes and some cooking basics (oil, salt, etc) and a lovely assortment of books. The downtown party scene is very close, but our apartment was never loud. My daughter loved being serenaded by the nearby music school during the day.

I didn't love that the key to the door was also attached to the key to the electricity. It meant that when I was gone at work, I needed to leave the key with my daughter so she could have AC and Wifi, which was a small thing. The wifi was a little spotty in the bedroom, but worked well in the living area (where the router was).

The apartment is in a beautiful building, extremely clean and well kept and in a great location to visit all the sights in Palermo. It had all the facilities that we needed, spacious, bright and very well finished. Riccardo was very helpful and attentive when we needed to ask any questions. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

There was nothing that we didn’t like but we would have preferred a later check out time.

The apartment was wonderful - modern, very clean and spacious. It is very central and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle made it very peaceful and relaxing.

There is nothing I can think of. It is a really great place.

Location and facilities

Flies every day and was surprised that a change of bed linen was not included in the price for a stay of nine nights.

We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Tomasi Apartment. If it is within your budget do not hesitate to book it for your stay in Palermo. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit in Palermo. There are numerous cafes, including the Bar Gelateria Lucchese, and restaurants minutes from the apartment. There is also a minimart nearby if you need to purchase items you might have forgotten. From the moment we booked our stay Riccardo was responsive. Offering advice and suggestions — when asked — not only about Palermo but other places we would visit later in our trip. All of this might be enough to convince you to stay at the Tomasi Apartment but there is more. The apartment is clean and quiet — providing no unnecessary distractions regarding your stay.

There was a an opener for wine bottles but I believe Riccardo has already taken care of that! 😉

The beds were great… Very comfortable and long by Italian standards. The apartment was located on a quiet street, not too far from the center. Lots of hot water, and nicely decorated.

Wonderful location in the beautifully renovated palazzo Lampedusa. The apartment is spacious, light, clean, and very quiet. The host gave us a very warm welcome, and arranged for all practicalities; great hospitality. We hope to return very soon.
