Santai House

I love my stay here. The rooms is very spacious and it was super clean. The little terrace in front with the hammock was a big plus, the view was so pretty. From the accommodation is was easy to drive to the beautiful ricefields and see some waterfalls. Hosts were super friendly and were able to help with everything. Pancakes in the morning were the perfect way to start the day. Really hope to be back someday and stay a bit longer. Thank you for everything :)

It was a true delight!

One of the best stay we ever had! The house is so beautiful and well designed! Also the view over the ricefields is stunning! Very nice hosts and we did a cool tour with Agun! We had a good breakfast and dinner there! We highly recommend this place!

As almost everywhere in Lombok the mosques are very loud and you will also have some noisy animals around the house.

Everything. This property and Agung and his family are perfect and so welcoming. So good we had to extend our stay! You’ll only know how perfect this place is once you’ve tried it for yourselves 😊

Nothing, everything was amazing.

The room view of the room is rice field and the surrounding is real Lombok local life. So if u want to experience a village life, this is the place. Very original and close to nature. The place is sweetly designed, clean and comfortable. The owner very helpful and friendly. Very recommended place. If u plan to stay long, prepare yourself with food and snacks, as it is quiet a distance to go to nearest mini market. Or better to rent scooter.

Spent a night in this beautiful little house and loved it. It was calming to fall asleep next to the concert of nature and wake up with a beautiful view over the ricefields. Agung created such a wonderful place in Tetebatu and is a great host. I tried the local ricewine, had a delicious dinner and an even better pancake breakfast :).

Agung is a very nice host and we had a really nice stay for one night. The little newly build house we had for our own was great. very beautiful garden and great scenerie with ricefields to look at. All clean and he had everything we needed. We booked a nice three hour walk with Agung around Tetebatu and he showed us the monkey forest, the beautiful ricefields and a nice waterfall. Dinner and breakfast was also good!! The house is up the hill in Tetebatu, not a very good road also, so it’s quite hard to do things on your own, even with a scooter. But Agung can help with everything! and we really recommend booking the amazing Mount Rinjani Trekking Tour (2d1n) with Jajatrekking (Agung can organize this for you too).

Quite a few small mosques close to Agungs house and very loud in the early morning (4.30-5am), but they sing nice!! (and with earplugs, it’s ok to sleep)

We had an amazing stay at Sandau House. The house is nicely decorated, is very clean and has everything we needed. The location is great and very peaceful. Also the staff is very kind and made us feel like we are home.

The family / Argun really made our stay here special! Cute little house, with everything needed next to the families house. If you would like to experience a home stay with a host that just does an exceptional job, you definitely are right here! We only stayed for two nights, but he showed us some beautiful places and hidden gems. Also beautiful to wake up in the middle of the village with a great view!
