Cocobay Resort Kumarakom

It was a wonderful stay, the rooms were clean, the staff were helpful. The only thing I would like to some added dishes on the breakfast buffet.

I think the check out time is to be adjusted to 12.00 noon

Location is good, view and swimming pool is gr8.

Food below expectations. Costly and not worth. No staff at reception at all. Not worth 8k payment. It's only 3 to 4k worth

Location and rooms except bathroom.

Bathroom is provided with bath tub and not having bucket or mug. That's ok, but to have a shower, one have to pull the knob with one hand and stand under the shower. If you accidentally leave the knob the shower stops and water runs down the pipe with no bucket facility. That was a horrible experience.

An amazing location right on the lake with a brilliant view from the swimming pool. Great food in the onsite restaurant. Room sizes were good with all amenities, fridge, kettle etc. We'd definitely stay here again.

The pool had far too many chemicals in, you cannot put your head under the water. The place offers a fitness centre which when we arrived had fell down.....we're travelling for a long time so jump at the occasional gym session so was a little disappointing. It just needs taking off the write up.

Very beautiful location. Just beside the backwater. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast and food were very good. From room the backwater was visible.
