Attentive staff, great pool and good quality rooms and restaurant. All in all very comfortable stay in al beautiful location on the lake!

The location also makes you a bit closed off from the outside world making it a bit harder to explore it on your own for just a moment. Shower head could use an update.

Beautiful location, lovely staff, nice pool. It was very peaceful while we were there but popular with families at the weekend so I think will more lively.

In the description it says that it is 39 msq suite. It might be called suite but it is just an ordinary double room of maybe 18 msq. You can clearly see it on the only picture of the room provided on booking.com. And although the price of a double room is a fair value the price of extra bed which is almost half of the price of the room is unreasonable.

The resort stay was truly enchanting, offering a perfect blend of ambience and serenity that left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the surroundings radiated calmness, with lush greenery and meticulously designed landscapes creating a tranquil haven. The soothing sound of nature, combined with the gentle breeze, made every moment feel like a peaceful retreat.

The room status... 1. The allocated room had a shower area with few potholes near the door, which felt quite unsettling at times. 2. Pool area can be kept bit more clean and tidy 3. Food served doesn't have much variety to be selected. Chosen Kumarakom resort for the backwater fish and not seen any kind of fish items served and provided. 4. Food required more improvement with traditional food preparations. The quality of food to be improved ...............
