Casa Serenos

Newly renovated, boutique hotel, clean, free breakfast, comfy bed and nice sheets, good wifi, great location, many of the rooms have big bathtubs, great value for the price.

It would be great if the windows had screens. The coffee isn't amazing -- go elsewhere for a good coffee/latte.

Very nice little hotel, with nice (renovated) and well equipped rooms. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were really good. Location is also perfect for exploring CDMX. Metro is only a few hundred meters away. Overall we had a very nice stay and will definitely stay again in Casa Serenos when coming back to CDMX

Very welcoming staff. They did a wonderful job to make my stay pleasant, including an early check-in.

Couldn’t fault the hotel or its staff especially Fernanda who was lovely and very helpful. Room was spacious with a sofa , fridge and tea / coffee. Hotel in a great location but very quiet and has a fantastic restaurant

The location was perfect as it’s located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Mex city. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

We recommend one more small bin in the room because we had to enter the bathroom in order to throw a garbage

The staff was really nice and helpful, specially Mr. Ricardo and Mrs. Carmen. The whole hotel, including the room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was very generous and with a lot of options. The room was very well equipped with a working desk, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was vey comfortable. They had just received and started installing new split air conditioners. The hotel is located very close to a metro and bus stations. Highly recommended this hotel!

In the room you can hear what is going on in the hallway. But it’s not something that will interrupt your sleep.

Small boutique hotel with a nice size room with separate bedroom and living room. Bathrooms were really nice. Great WiFi, I was able to work all day without issues. Attentive/helpful staff. They were able to accommodate a very early check in. The in-site tapas restaurant was excellent, I ate there several times. Very good breakfast that was included as well.

If you don’t know any Spanish, have google translate ready. I would stay here again!
