Delicious breakfast and great service

What a beautiful place. Spotlessly clean and beautifully well-maintained. Incredibly friendly and very lovely staff. The breakfast was fabulous. Great location.

Absolutely amazing, one of the best stays. Extremely clean, with daily cleaning. Quiet. Very good breakfast, a la carte, prepared fresh on the spot. Very friendly staff. We were super happy to have met Carmen during our last day. Cannot wait to be back.

Everything was just great!

Roma is a great location, the staff at Casa Serenos were lovely and the food is great. Fantastic breakfast, lovely coffee & good facilities in the room like a fridge / drinking water, nice toiletries.

Second stay here and paid a lot more for a slightly larger room (as other booked) didn’t feel good value for money (about £30 more) the main issue is sound proofing, had a disturbed night with staff / guests arriving early am, the stairs are very noisy and you could hear people talking / bringing luggage in etc). Maybe just unlucky that night.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable bed and nice staff.

Only downfall was the stairs are very loud and I woke up early to the staff setting tables in the resultant outside/ downstairs

Perfect location, close to many bars and restaurant, clean, good price, tasty breakfast and staff was super friendly.
