My fiancé and I booked a room at Casa Serenos at the last minute after having to leave another booking.com accommodation early due to it not meeting our expectations. From the moment we contacted Casa Serenos' team to ensure availability, we were thrilled with their service - we had a wedding to get ready for that afternoon and Casa Serenos graciously allowed us a very early check-in to prepare. Our room was large and very comfortable, the bathtub, ultra comfy mattress & bedding, and soundproof windows truly made the space serene. The breakfast included was excellent, and I was thankful that the accommodation was equipped with water filters on all faucets. Also, the space was in a perfect location. Thank you again to everyone at Casa Serenos, I have already recommended your hotel to a few friends!

Amazing! Location in a quiet and safe neighborhood the hotel is comfortable, in a fantastic location close to everything you would need as well as great restaurants. The staff were fantastic and the room you couldn’t fault - super modern, comfy bed, working air conditioning, great WiFi and just a great practical space. Would highly recommend anyone to stay when visiting Mexico City.

LOVED our stay here. The air conditioner works very well, the wifi works great, all of water within the hotel is filtered. We stayed in one of the apartments that has a kitchen with all of the necessities. They provide everything you could need and everyone is very friendly.

I second the reviews that describe this place as a hidden gem. Accurate points: Great location (not noisy like other streets in Roma), great size standard room, very clean, very nice bathroom with lush towels, filtered water throughout the building, AC works well, great staff (I relied on a translation app), nice Nespresso coffee maker. All rooms seem to have a fridge and microwave, an iron and a hair dryer. My friend's suite has a big tub, kitchen with pots and pans and living room. I was sad to leave and will 100% stay here again if I came back to MX City! I will stay in one of the suites next time. I had an evening flight and the staff was kind to store my luggage after checking out.

Not much I didn't like, but If I were to be very picky, the restaurant downstairs serves good Mexican breakfasts, though not trendy Western food like avocado toasts, and cappuccinos and lattes. I find the bed comfortable even though the sheets aren't 100% cotton (in case this is important to you). There is no elevator and the stairs are a tad narrow. If you have a very large suitcase or bad knees, keep this in mind. The staff helped with luggage up the stairs. The standalone AC worked well in my room, but it does make a humming noise. I wasn't bothered by it, but it may bother you.

Casa Seranos is a true gem. Beautiful, safe neighborhood with plenty of great bars and restaurants. Very easy to walk to other cool neighborhoods. The staff was super friendly and amenities were wonderful, with no detail spared. Excellent Wifi, extremely clean, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with luxurious shower and tub, spacious sitting room and full kitchen. The water throughout the building was purified and the morning coffee and breakfast were delicious. I would recommend to anyone visiting CDMX!

I have nothing negative to say - it was a completely delightful experience.

The property was beautiful and very clean. Location was perfect. The customer service was excellent - I loved the staff! It’s one of the best stays I’ve had in a hotel. I would stay here every single time I come to Mexico City.
