Great location and friendly helpful staff. Price was a good value especially with an included breakfast.

There are two ac units in my room and one of them did not work (the one in the living area). First several nights were hot but luckily the unit in the bedroom worked so I closed the door to the living area and was able to sleep more comfortably.

The stairs might be a little noisy but it might have been because the room we had had the stairs from the floor above right at our door

Breakfast was superb…we love the food selections! The Saturday evening was very tasty and enough for both of us. This place is a gem. We will be back ito Mex City and definitely stay at Serenos!

The bedroom needs a small trash can.
