Casa Serenos

The staff was very welcoming and the apartment, especially the bed, were comfy.

The room lacked a ventilation system but it did not impact the quality of our stay.

Lovely area of Roma, cute boutique hotel that was tastefully kitted out, really comfortable beds, clean room with lovely bathroom, fridge and tea /coffee facilities. Fernanda was extremely helpful sharing local information and more for our other trips around the country.

Breakfast was great, as was the service. Rooms impeccable. Location fab.

Having to walk upstairs with our luggage wasn’t ideal but not a big deal

Apt 4 was perfect. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is huge. Having a living area and kitchen were nice bonuses. AC units in both rooms! WiFi worked well, especially for those who work remotely. Casa Serenos itself is in an amazing location in Roma Sur. Short walk to Condesa and Roma Norte. Also close to many shops/restaurants. We loved the breakfast every morning. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The rate is also very reasonable in this super popular neighborhood.

These aren't negatives but just for future guests to be aware. Since we stayed on the top floor, you do have to go up a few flights of stairs. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs - we weren't affected by the street noise since we kept the windows shut at night but the pigeons definitely coo right on the window sills and hang out on the roof.

Great bathrooms with 100% purified water! Super soft linens and comfy beds. Well thought out design for creature comforts. Loved the staff and breakfast.

I loved everything: •The service was so good and everyone was so helpful •The attention to detail is great •The amazing -to be chosen- delicious breakfast •The bed, linen, towels were so clean and beautiful •All the shower & cleansing products were of a very high quality. •The staff at the restaurant were always fast, professional and friendly. •Airco is powerful and very convenient during the hot days. •To get there from the International Airport is fast and easy. •The surrounding area is beautiful, full of cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, ATM’s. I am looking so much forward to be back 💕
