Rapopo Plantation Resort

amazing hotel, very safe, dinner on the terrace at the ocean with volcano view, travel agency located inside the hotel, delicious coconuts, everybody is very friendly and hospitable, PNG is a unique country, Bismarck Archipelago is a paradise!

have to pay extra for WiFi, bad internet connection in the room, but it works in the lobby

Nice breakfast & comfortable mattress

Breakfast very good, wide variety of choices, cooked or continental breakfast available. Resort location fantastic with view across bay, very safe area for swimming in ocean, the overwater deck great for views/meals/relaxation/sunset drinks. Good shuttle bus service to and from Kokopo town when needed. Security at resort excellent. Our compliments go to Megan (owner) and Darryl (manager) who looked after us with exceptional care. Staff are so friendly and bent over backwards to help in any way. We would not hesitate to return to Rapopo Plantation resort again.

Very small item but there could have been two chairs on the verandah outside room to enjoy the exceptional view, everything else was fantastic.

Breakfast was simple and contained local fruits and nuts

I Love having cereal in the morning for breakfast, but there was no variety provided.

I liked the steamed whole fish they had, loved the view from the seaside room that I was in. Nice setting alongside the sea which has a very nice view towards Matupit Island.

Had issues with the key to open the door must have been rusty because the room was facing the sea.

Spectacular location in a remote setting.
