Great service, friendly staff and convenient location.

It’s preference but beds were too soft. While the property does have new mattress but they were kind to suggest to flip the mattress around.

We loved how authentic this property was. We truly learned about the heritage of Tibet, the staff was lovely, and it’s sponsored by the Norbulingka institute and the Tibetan Women’s Association.

The property is in a great location!!! The hotel is beautifully decorated. Plus I got great exercise walking up and down the stairs. It is lovely and the staff are fantastic! They helped us immensely when our flight to Delhi was cancelled when we had to find a driver.

I wasn’t thrilled with the food. It was okay, and it just meant we had to find fun hidden food gems outside the facility. Not a big deal though.

Amazing food and excellent location

An absolute gem nestled in the midst of the market place. Close to the temple and monastery. Beautiful artwork in all the rooms and in the hotel.

There are a number of steps to reach the hotel. So difficult for anyone with a walking disability.

El hotel es hermoso, la decoración, la atención es excelente. La sensación es como estar en Tibet. Tienen un excelente restaurante. Nos ayudaron con todas las dudas que teníamos. Y está a pasitos del Templo del Dalai Lama. Además hay un Shala para Yoga en la terraza con una vista espectacular!
