Norbulingka deco was very nice, staff was nice, rooms are very nice, there is a hot water, location was very good

I didn’t like the pillows, which is one of the main things I need to be satisfied with. These jumpy chesp pillows males my neck hurt a lot and I cannot fall asleep, I had to sleep rather without them.

Such a laid back place, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean.

Stunning view from room and loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the mountains. Super housekeeping services and good breakfast. A library of books to read or borrow. Laundry service was excellent.

Lots of steps to Reception and smaller flights of steps within Chonor House, although that's what gives the views! A rather noisy fuse box in my room, although I employed aeroplane ear plugs and coped ok!

The Hotel was very nicely decorated with Tibet style. All the staff were Tibetan and were all very friendly and attentive. Generally, the hotel was very well maintained. Things like the heating and also bathroom worked well. All in all, a good place to stay.

the breakfast was not good. very little selection of food and the quality was not great. Also reaching the hotel was not easy. many stairs to reach the hotel.

Beautifully decorated room, with Tibetan mural paintings. Use of the yoga room. The location. With a little effort, this could be a lovely hotel.

There were no yoga classes. The parking lot was full of dog excrement. Breakfast was a bit ordinary. The staff were friendly but passive. The shower head in my room was blocked (but quickly unblocked by maintenance). Our bill was not prepared although we had asked for it the evening before departure.
