Ryokan Kutsuroginoya Yuu

Ryokan isolé et loin de la foule de touristes. Très confortable et calme, belles parties communes. Bain extérieur dans le logement, mais aussi bain public de l’établissement (que nous n’avons pas fait) et bain privatisable sur réservation pour 50min que je recommande fortement. Dîner et petit déjeuner dans une salle à manger privée, les repas ont été incroyables de très bonne qualité que nous n’avons pas retrouvé ailleurs. Personnel chaleureux et prévenant. Nous avons vécu un voyage à part entière, très dépaysant. Merci à tous pour ce beau moment en famille chez vous.

A place that makes you feel that you can unwind and relax, and leave feeling refreshed. My husband and I had a great time at this ryokan, everything was great, from the staff to the facilities, and the meals that we had over two days. We picked the half board, and were pampered with very delectable Japanese meals. Outdoor onsen was a great way to unwind after a long hike at Kamikochi. Also a special shoutout to Koji-san, for being such a great host!

The dinner was beyond all expectations, a real masterpiece of Japanese cuisine. The hot outdoor in-suit bath was a very pleasant experience, too. The staff was very helpful.

No hooks in the bathroom, very uncomfortable, the pillow was very thin , the blanket was so thick that you feel too warm under it and too cold without it . No alcohlic drinks were included in the rate.

Everything about this Ryokan is wonderful, especially the staff. From the moment we arrived at the parking lot we were looked after. The food, facilities, baths, absolutely everything was great. They have found the perfect balance between looking after their guests and giving us our space.

El sitio y las instalaciones genial. Pero la gente muchísimo más. Nos ayudaron mucho con el tema de los autobuses de vuelta y con más cositas. Súper buena gente!! ♥️ el onsen una maravilla la habitación genial los futones cómodos y las comidas te hacen sentir como alguien importante jajaja

Our stay here was a top highlight of our trip! Such a nice treat to be able to relax in the onsen baths after a long day. The dinner was absolutely amazing, we enjoyed amazing local food prepared with a lot of care. We came with our 6-year old and they were so welcoming, even having kids-sized samue and plenty of toys and activities to keep him busy.

Everything was a dream like experience: wonderful people, the onsen, the breakfast and dinner - everything was amazing ! Great souvenir shop, I am glad I shopped there, I didn't have much time after that for the souvenirs, super convenient to have it on-site. It was our first stop in Japan and I regret we didn't have much time to explore the area, but we did manage to go to the Shinhotaka Ropeway, it was so beautiful.
