Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr saubere und komfortable Zimmer, eigenes Onsen, hervorragendes Essen

Geweldige en onvergetelijke overnachting. Je wordt ontzettend goed in de watten gelegd, er is een prachtige kamer voor je met kleding om te dragen, er wordt heerlijk en met zo veel kunde voor je gekookt, de onsen is heerlijk. Het diner was echt voortreffelijk, een ontzettend uitgebreid traditioneel lokaal diner met hele goede producten, en sake’s. De bediening is ook erg goed! Het personeel is sowieso ontzettend aardig. Je hebt meerdere onsens en allemaal liggen ze mooi buiten. We hebben ontzettend genoten, ga vooral hier overnachten!

Niks! Alles was perfect.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our two week trip to Japan, and frankly the best we have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were sad our trip only lasted 2 nights. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Okuhida area, look no further.

The accomodation is situated in a very beautiful area. We were looked after very well by staff during our stay. We were even given a lift to the nearest bus stop to make sure we wouldn't miss the next bus to the Shin Hotaka ropeway. English is spoken by some staff members. The kaiseki meal we ate was very special. We booked a room with a private onsen bath and we also booked a larger private onsen to use - both were lovely. The property is easy to get to by bus from Takeyama - there is a bus stop right in front of the property. Everything was very clean and well-maintained.
