A very pretty and spacious flat in the middle of the city. Beautiful bathroom, nice kitchen and two balconies with a view.

The city is very nice but the owners do not care about their guests and are only interested in making money. When things don't work their attitude is 'not our problem'. Visit the city it's, great but find a different place to stay.

Aggressive and unhelpful owners. There was a power cut, no electricity therefore for an entire day. Owners informed and at first just didn't open messages. Then said not their problem. No lights, air con and toilets linked to power so no toilets! By mid afternoon apartment stank as toilets backing up and obviously very hot. Asked owners to resolve or re-locate us. They refused until we said would have to contact booking.com. Then had to continuosly chase them for a decision. They repeatedly said needed to wait to see if would be fixed. Eventually after the entire day lost they moved us to a hotel not to the standard that we had paid for. By then it was dark so had to pack by candlelight. They had the opportunity to resolve earlier in the day but chose to wait to see if could avoid having to move us. They then turned up and the male was argumentative and aggressive complaining that we had asked to be moved. His son had to repeatedly intervene. If anything goes wrong do not expect them to do anything other than try and avoid helping. They seem not care about their guests and want to avoid the costs of running a business. If you book and anything goes wrong they will not care they just seem to want to maximise the money they are making no matter what. You will not get the accomodation you pay for if there are any issues and the owners will not want to help, as long as they get their money that is all they seem to care about.

Beautiful apartment right next to Teatro Massimo! There are tons of restaurants immediately downstairs and all around which was extremely convenient with our short stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very comfortable. The washing machine was a lifesaver, especially with the extremely hot weather. We had a couple minor issues but Angela was quick to respond and resolve, even in the middle of the night. She left a delicious bottle of wine and the most tasty cookies. 🤤 She even offered to ship some to me when I was unable to purchase more before we had to leave. We will definitely save this apartment for our next visit!

So close to Via Maqueda for passegiatta and spritz. The apartment was comfortable, elegantly decorated and very clean. Our host welcomed us with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine which were both appreciated. The main bathroom was spacious. Another bathroom is located above a narrow staircase. There was a living room to relax in where we could watch TV. The bed was so comfortable and clean. There was also a lot of wardrobe space. Our host gave us recommendations for places to eat but we found the friendliest service was Ristorante dei Pompieri right outside our door. Impossible to lose our way home after a few prosecco's.

Having to empty out the large plastic water container that collects the condensation from the air conditioner. Small price to pay for comfort though. No need to do this if you don't use the air con. There was some noise in the evenings due to restaurants in the laneway below but usually stopped after, say, 10pm.

Large & comfortable apartment, very well equipped kitchen, excellent location in the center near the Opera house, in the heart of food & shopping district. Flexible checkin with an easy key pickup, host was very nice, provided lots of info on what to do, where to eat & was responsive for any question.

Parking is hard to find, nothing really close to the apt. other than that - perfect!

Ideal location. A nice modern apartment. Plenty of good eating options nearby.

Whilst the host was good at supplying information promptly it would have been better to have met her in person. Some idiosyncrasies such as a difficult intermediate door to open would have made first impressions more positive. Also requested lockbox code a day earlier whilst we had wifi but not answered.

Location is unbeatable! Apartment has been thoroughly renovated and decorated perfectly. Host is wonderful and so accommodating. The wine and treats were so thoughtful. we want to go back!

Being on a busy street lined with restaurants, it could be noisy at times. (for us, it was part of the character!).
