Excelente servicio. Llegamos casi a las 8 PM y nos atendieron en el restaurante (cenamos delicioso). Pudimos hacer un cambio de habitación a muy bajo costo, para disfrutar la maravillosa vista de las barrancas desde allí. El amanecer... ESPECTACULAR.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was located close to the hikes I wanted to do.

There are a lot of stray dogs in town and around this property that bark through the night.

"I will come back ! They offer some spiritual retreats and they have a Temazcal . It is a magical place"

Everything . The history was fascinating . The views from the upper canyon rooms was Spectacular. The entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly and accommodating to whatever we needed.

Castle like facility with individual structures for each room in the main area. Comfortable rooms with balconies. The manager and staff were helpful and customer service oriented. Upper rooms had incredible views of the canyons. Restaurant on site so we ate breakfast and dinner there. Tours available.

Due to its location and area, next to the Mirador, we needed transportation everywhere we went.
