Matatabi Stay Nishinokyo

家族3人、車で訪れました。 周辺にはコインパーキングが複数あり、駐車に困ることはありませんでした。朝は静かな二条城でのジョギングを楽しめました。近くには商店街や飲食店、駅前には夜遅くまで営業しているスーパーもあります。周辺は静かな住宅で、まさに暮らすように過ごせる立地です。 室内は綺麗に清掃されており、ゴミ袋やティッシュなどは、補充分まで備えられていました。一番嬉しかったのは、粘着テープのクリーナーがあったこと。おかげで、4日間、快適に過ごすことができました。

部屋のテーブルに対して椅子が低く、読み書きに不向きだと感じました。代わりに、畳の間の座卓を使いました。 洗濯機の湿気のせいか、1階のエレベーター付近の臭いが気になりました。（エアコンが常時運転していたので、構造上、仕方がないのかもしれませんが）

The unit is very economical and a good fit for budget travelers. Check in and check out were very easy. The location is very quiet and residential, a very pleasant area of Kyoto with a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops, and Nijo Castle nearby. We also liked having a washer/dryer in the building.

Although the apartment is listed as a 2 bedroom, there is no wall or door separating the two “rooms”. It is more of an open space with a room divider rather than two private rooms. The washer/dryer is a combination unit meant for small loads. It is much better at washing clothes than drying them. Finally, luggage delivery companies will not send your luggage here because they treat the building as an Airbnb (not a hotel).

Easy check-in, and responsive host

There was a musty smell in the building. It was less noticeable inside the room. In the bathroom it was also musty.

La habitación era amplia, cómoda y estaba limpio. La ubicación estaba bien, había transporte público cerca.

La estancia en general fue buena. Sin embargo, tuvimos un problema importante durante una noche porque nos quedamos sin agua caliente. La solución ofrecida fue utilizar una ducha común compartida, pero tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente 1 hora y media para poder usarla. Aunque el problema se solucionó al día siguiente, echamos en falta una comunicación más rápida y clara por parte del alojamiento, ya que durante varias horas no recibimos respuesta y la incertidumbre resultó bastante estresante. Incluso tuvimos que plantearnos alternativas por si la situación continuaba.

Fácil check in, buena limpieza, buena ubicación, muy tranquila

No pudimos configurar bien el humidificador, y nos resultó demasiado húmedo el ambiente.
