"it is not a great place for family where basic things like are a/c geyser are important"

Broken bathroom fittings. Finally we got hot water after several request. The private pool was not ready while we check in. Me myself called the facility before we.checked in and paid in advance even though they are not prepared the room. No refrigerator available at the room.
