The room was amazing, huge shower & the staff was great

Very nice room and located in an interesting area.

Lack of parking and no suggestions on where to park.

Great location! Staff were more than friendly and accommodating. Loved the coffee shop on site. Noah is a treasure and the cleaning staff were very efficient and kind.

There was a mix up on our room. I had booked a specific room 10 months in advance and when we arrived, someone else was staying there. We were given another room which was okay, but not what I wanted or needed. They did allow us to move to our originally booked room for the second night. The second night was much more comfortable.

People were very friendly

No one told us that it was a steep incline or several steps to get into the hotel. The garden view is not a garden view. The bed was very hard. Room cold. Heater difficult to set. No extra bedding. Another blanket would have been nice. All the arrangements are through text so there's no front desk you have to call if you have any problems I expect this from airbnbs but I don't expect it when I'm staying at a hotel.

I appreciated the staff, namely Colt, who worked with me to straighten out my check-in and reservations. I loved the location and rooms, which were beautiful and quiet.

There was some communication issues. I booked through Booking.com and apparently, there was an issue in transferring my reservation from Booking to the Warner.

The staff people are really nice

The room has a really bad odor, small insects, and the bed clothes looked old and with bad aspect, we didn't want to stay there so we moved on to another city
