Very slow service in restaurant. I was greated, but the staff member was doing other stuff. She could have at least said „Inwill be right with you, I need to finish this order“ or similar. It took more than 20 minutes for me to get 2 Cappuccinos to tske back to my room.

No clue where to park, until the locals helped us. Only issue and it wouldn’t have been that bad but we arrived in the middle of a monsoon with a dog lol

Bisbee is very nice. The hotel is in a good location.

Our stay at the Warner was disappointing. We drove over three hours for a weekend getaway, only to find visible termite droppings on the windowsill of our room. We immediately contacted management, but their proposed solution of sending a cleaner and providing bug spray was unacceptable. They never offered to move us to a new, pest-free room. After we requested a room change or a refund, we received no response from them. It's a shame that our trip was ruined by this issue and the lack of proper management response.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Central location made walking easy. Having the café downstairs was a plus. The staff(Cole) was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful.

Parking was a challenge. Liked that there was a kitchenette on the second floor, but wished that there was coffee creamer available.

Location , great value, they upgraded us to 2 rooms instead of all in one room.

Bathroom across the hall. But we knew about this ahead of time. Difficult to get the AC right in bedroom, maybe the really high ceiling. Only window looked at a brick wall.

Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Hotel manager was very helpful since my husband was having a meltdown over the stairs. She gave us a room on the first floor.

Difficulty getting luggage up to the room. No elevator. Lots of stairs. Best way in is to drag the luggage up a hilly back alley that has very uneven paving through the cafe/coffee shop.
