Great location, coffee shop, easy check in, large room, great AC

We understood this when we booked so not a complaint - but be warned some rooms have their private bathroom across a common hallway, so you need to be dressed (robe/pjs) when going to bathroom. Also, you can hear noises through the walls (but was quiet for us from 10pm onwards), so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs etc.

The room is absolutely stunning, with ornate headboards, chairs, and other decor, and ample space in the both the room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the common room that included a table on which to do some writing.

I didn't know when first booking that the bathroom was separate. I also didn't know staff were not present after 5 p.m.

The location is perfect its dead center of everything. You can walk very easily to all things in the city. It less than a 1/4 mile away from the mine tour. Your 25 or so minutes from the border towns of Douglas and Naco.

The lights in the outer common area shine into your room through the top window. One would be to have a curtain at to help prevent that at night or some kind of folding door to the master room to block out that light.

Bathroom needs a couple of hooks on the back of the door to hang clothes, towels etc.
