Just the overall presentation of property

Restored historic old building in a great location - right in the heart of historic Bisbee near shops, etc. Clean modern room, quiet, and appealing large lobby with a little coffee shop. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not really a hotel, more of a BandB - no check-in, no front desk - coded-lock entry. Bit of a steep climb to reach (you can't drive up to the front doorto even drop off bags) and long steep stairs (no lift) aren't the greatest when lugging a bag. Parking... well maybe if you're lucky. Staff person was friendly and helpful, but inexperienced.

A little hard to find, but once you’re in Bisbee, you’ll understand.

The location is in a prime spot walking distance to all of Bisbee. The hotel is unique with simple yet beautiful decor. I love the cafe downstairs and the outdoor terrace on the upper level.

The only drawback was the lights in the hall are on all night and there is a frosted window in the door so the room is illuminated like daylight all night long.

There was not breakfast.

No signage. Hard to locate.
