Hotel Ganges Grand - 600m from Kashi Vishwanath Temple

1. very bad location - vehilces arenot alllowed atelast 1 km tio teh hotel 0 You have to carry your luggae and walk (2) Staff is just not courtesous (3) they offered a pricy room ( cottages in the 4th floor for which there is no lift - this was never informed and I had to climb stairs (4) trooms are never cleaned - This is just a rip off - will never stay here again

Clean rooms, good food and pleasant service. Location to all temples very good and so for the ganga aarti in the evening.

The hotel has too many steps to climb from the road and travelling with two octagenerians made it quite difficult for them. Wifi was not good at all. Have informed the management. The pillows were too small.

Very close to Dashwamedh ghat and Kashi Vishwanath temple

Air , light & ventilation in executive room was absent. No fans in waiting area outside the restaurant.

The entry road to the hotel is restricted by police. It would be nice if hotel can work with police to allow hotel residents.

Very bad cleaniness. Cockroach in room bathroom kitchen every where. I complained about it but they seem to be very casual about it.
