Hotel Ganges Grand - 600m from Kashi Vishwanath Temple

Location, location and location. Close to Kashi Viswanath temple and other temples, ghat and for shopping. Excellent chat place close to hotel, lots of dinning options around.

The sheets, towels had so much stains, bathrooms awful, No running hot water through out the day. You can get hot water only between 4:30 am - 10 am. When you call to let them know no hot water they say they will switch on the hot water but you still don’t get it how long you wait. The charges for the room is so high, for the amount the hotel charge for the room you expect a clean room, bathroom and 24hr hot water.

Main attraction of this property is very close to important places in varanasi like Kashi vishwanath temple, Dashashwmedh ghat etc. This property has very basic facilities but room and bathroom was clean.

It costly property wrt to facilities it provides. It didn’t like the food as it was tasteless and too oily. Food options are very less. Room should be cleaned properly.
