Excellent location

Location was right in the heart of the market, easy to walk to practically anywhere around the city center. The building and rooms were very well renovated and spacious. Ali was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for the turkish coffee!

Being in the heart of the market (and especially at the 1st floor) comes with a bit of noise when shops prepare to open around 07:00-08:00 except Sundays - for anyone who wants to sleep longer. A few hungers in the bathroom and in the closet are needed. Finally, our hotel experience in Turkey so far showed that cleaning service is not happening - perhaps we need to request it next time. :-)

Very comfortable. Ali was a wonderful host. He went out of his way to help us with various queries. Good location - in the winding streets of the lower town, but not too far from either the seafront or the main shopping/restaurant district.

Some cutlery and crockery would have been very useful!! And bin liners!

The apartment is recently renovated and is well designed. It is very clean. The bedding, towels and slippers were wonderful. The location is great - you are right next to a copper market with all the fabulous hand made Turkish copper pans, pots and coffee makers - this was a highlight for me, so, I am sharing this with others . Central Trabzon square is in a quick walking distance. Ali was very helpful.

To add extra touches of comfort it would be nice to add towel hooks and maybe a shelf for a cosmetic pouch in the bathroom, and some real (not paper) cups, glasses and spoons in the kitchen.

- No place to hang towel or clothes in bathroom - Narrow stairs to access the room might be a problem for some who are less mobile. Manager helped with the luggage.

The host is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious and bright. It is very closed to the food market where you can find fresh food and fish restaurants. Highly recommended.
