Ali is just a great host. He and his friend are always willing to render help. Room is very clean Location is awesome. Everything within walking distance. If there's need for tours, taxis etc he can help you with it. Very good stay with them and will recommend to friends who come to Trabzon

We’ve had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Room was clean and beautiful, newly made as it seems. The owner is a very nice and hospitable person. Also location is convenient too, 10 mins walk to the central street

This property was perfect. It was in a great location; walkable to many great sites, shopping and food. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and nice. Fairly close to the airport as well, about a 15 minute drive by taxi. Also, the host was super, super helpful. He was always offering his service and made my stay so much more comfortable knowing that he was there to assist me. He gave me local tips and recommendations and even waked me around to show me a few places. He was very helpful in booking tours and taxis for me as well. I will 100% stay here again on my next trip to Trabzon.

I honestly can’t think of one negative thing. The hotel and host were perfect. Keep in mind the proximity of this hotel to local mosques. Morning prayers start at around 6:30 AM and can be a little loud. Not a negative, just something to be aware of.

The fact that there was no elevator and the room was on 4th floor. The stairs were not comfortable The hotel is downhill If u need to go to the OZUNsuqaq u have to go up hill

The room as well as the bathroom were clean. I've got everything I need. Location is close to the city center and walking streets.

Arrived ahead of check-in time. While waiting for check-in, we were treated to very tasty Turkish coffee. The room is small but cozy. Wifi is good.

The host Mr. Ali , was very helpful ..he was always ready to do the extra mile of helping and guiding....etc.
