The staf and it’s very clean

It’s a bit noisy cause it’s in the maidan but the staff and how helpful they are made me forget about anything else

A very central location, it has a balcony with a great view of the streets, good for relaxing and contemplating the city life. The host was very friendly and helpful, took care of the parking (the hotel has its parking) and helped us with some local tips, also kindly offered us coffee. Definitely recommended!

It was my first time in Turkey, I was a little worried after I have read a lot of bad reviews of Trabzon hotels, but after I met Ali, he is just amazing. From the first minute there, I found the guide and help I need to do my Programe there. I Recommed it to all the people there trying to travel in peace. The place was clean, the bathroom was good and clean, room was big. Hope you all guys enjoy your trip in amazing Turkey.

Mr Ali was a cooperative and nice person. The location was excellent near the Midan.

Good location, 5 mins walk to the city centre. Ali, the receptionist, is very friendly, clear and helpful. He gave good tips and helped us find figure out local transport options for our next destination. The room was cool, quiet and clean.

Only small things. The shower was a little finicky (getting steady hot water) and there's nowhere to hang wet towels after a shower. The toilet seat didn't stay up.
