Arise Hakuba Lodge

Breakfast was great. Location was abit further away from the main slopes but the free shuttle service which the hotel provided around Tsugaike made it very convenient to travel around.

Walking with luggage from the bus stop was abit difficult because of the snow and icy roads. But that's more our issue because i think we could have asked the hotel for the free shuttle in advance.

The Arise Hakuba presents very good value for money, for comfortable accommodation. The location was walk out, ski in, and there was plenty of secure storage in the locker room. The family room was spacious with typical Japanese compact bathroom, it was clean on arrival. The warm and helpful crew hosting the lodge helped with daily snow clearing of the driveway and cars, served up a varied and filling breakfast and provided decent coffee. The communication in the lead up to our arrival was on point and timely.

我覺得早餐的種類跟份量剛剛好 滑雪前這樣吃，很棒 地點剛剛在栂池高原滑雪場邊， 下午結束 可以直接滑回住宿地

wifi的速度有點慢 洗澡只能在自己房間的浴室洗

The location was 100m to a ski lift, and right next to the main hub of the town.

The property was filled with great staff who were happy to help, giving complementary drop offs to the main lift and exceptional service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were great to chill and have breakfast.

The location was perfect, you could see the lifts from the window and just a short walk up hill into the village. The breakfast was exactly what you need to fill up for a big day on the slopes.
