Arise Hakuba Lodge

Great location at base of lifts, excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, drying room/lockers from snow gear is the best setup I have seen. And to top it all off, John and all of the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. (They even helped dig out our car when we got stuck in a snow bank). Can’t wait to go back.

Our third stay at Arise Hakuba, and once again a wonderful experience. The staff are always kind, helpful, and especially welcoming to our child. Their warmth and hospitality made the trip truly memorable for our family.

Near the lifts

We asked them to clean our room but they dumped towels on our bed, did not take out the trash, and did not clean. They did apologize and we said it’s ok but pls clean it next day and nothing happened lol. It seems teenagers run the place or something. Idk really. This place does not feel like Japan at all.

Basic hotel rooms, but large for Japanese standard, close to ski lift....when it's open.. only about 100m walk to it and ski into hotel when enough snow.

It was ideal location, the staff were the absolute best! They made our stay so comfortable and were always willing to help with transport to and from Hakuba. The rooms were perfect size, nice and spacious. And the daily breakfast was perfect. Couldn’t recommend Arise enough. Honestly the coolest staff!

Everything was great

位置就在白馬栂池雪場E區旁邊（鐘の鳴る丘ゲレンデ），出門就是雪場相當方便，有提供吃到飽的早餐、放置雪具的置物櫃、乾衣房，離開check out當天我們前往IWATAKE雪場帶著行李、雪具，也跟民宿預約接駁載我們過去（2000円車資），民宿開了兩台車幫我們把人員、行李、雪具一起送達，非常貼心

位置很棒，就在纜車站旁邊。 員工親切，房間寬敞舒適。

沒有特別不滿意的地方，硬要說的話，就是乾燥室的空間不太夠。
