Friendly staffs. Super helpful and cheerful throughout. The rooms were well heated and comfortable. Just short stroll to the chair lifts at Tsugaike.

It's more like a hostel then a hotel. Room cleaning has to be requested. I would have loved an onsen after a day of snowboarding.

The hotel was at a great location at the bottom of the ski lifts and very close to restaurants. Breakfast was filling with both Japanese and western foods. Pick up and drop off to bus stations was convenient.

Building was a little dated however heating worked well.

We stayed with 2 young kids. Staff happy to run us around Tsugaike when required. Ski in/out was awesome. I think this place is good value. Photos are accurate, its dated but clean. Thank to Henry and to everyone who helped us during our stay, it was so welcome. Thank you

Awesome location right on the ski run at Tsugaike.

Mould growing in the shower, constant smell of drains. Other people not cleaning up after themselves, hair on bedding and stained carpets.

The location is perfect, around 100m walk from the ticket office

Location was amazing, you can ski right down from one of Tsugaike's many slopes. The entire vibe of the place was very lively, all the staff were super nice and they made us all feel at home like we were all hanging out with friends. Staff were more than accommodating and friendly, felt like they all went out of their way to make sure we're all comfortable and having a good time.

It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Cleanliness was questionable at best, but after a long day on the slopes just any warm bed and a blanket can set me to sleep.

The room was very spacious and well insulated. Heater in the room worked very well and kept me quite warm. Bed was comfortable and comforter was nice and thick. I booked a room with a private toilet so bathroom was accessible at all times and mildly heated by the heater in the room. Location was great as it was a short walking distance to Tsugaike Gondola. With ski-in and ski out facilities.

Bathroom smelled like piss from the time I entered the room. For the premium I paid, room was quite basic. Property didn’t come with onsen, breakfast was mediocre, and no basic in room facilities like hot kettle. Had to use a shared one from the shared kitchen which was sometimes missing. Drying room was messy and stinks of socks. Not very well ventilated or organized. Shoe rack area was always wet and in a huge mess. Service staff spoke great English but was quite unprofessional. Hospitality seemed quite unwilling and inexperienced. Not inviting nor warm. Awkward greetings with unwilling smiles. Unfamiliar with the neighborhood despite a sign that says to ask their staff for recommendations. Better off spending that same budget on a Japanese owned hotel if you are staying at Tsugaike. At least they all have better quality breakfast and onsen.

Direkt an der Skipiste gelegen. Wir wurden von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und wieder hingebracht.sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Küche für Gaste! Wunderbares Frühstück. Gute Möglichkeit sich zusammenzu setzen zum Spielen und Reden. .Tischtennisplatte.

ZIMMER sehr einfach im Hostelstil. Im Bad leider noch Haare vom Vormieter. Keine Mischbatterie für kalt und Warmwasser.
