Arise Hakuba Lodge

I really enjoyed the fact that it’s only a few meters from the gondola.

The bathroom smelled terrible of urine. The floor wasn’t vacuumed under the bed. Windows weren’t wiped.

Really appreciate all staffs. They are very helpful for everything. Good location for snowboarding just 5-minute walk to gondola station.

Super friendly staff, very clean room, comfy beds, convenient location, hot breakfast… I’ll definitely come back! The property is right at the end of the Tsugaike slope, where the closest lift is about 300m walk away. We travelled with a 4 year old, and our son enjoyed playing in the snow right outside the building.

Nothing to complain about. Just be careful if you follow the car navigation in winter time. Many small paths are actually closed due to snow. We arrived late in the evening and It took us a while to figure out how to drive up to this property. Take the path on the southern side.

This was my 3rd time coming to Hakuba and the first time staying at Arise Hakuba. It is located in Tsugaike area and I absolutely loved it! Comfortable bed and cosy room. staff were very helpful.

I honestly can't find anything that was bad.

The location was amazing! Great staff and breakfast was good too. Definitely come back!
