Exceptional team from the moment we arrived. We felt very warmly welcomed at the bus station! Hotel is very cosy and the vibe really made us feel like we are on a holiday :) MASA - 10 stars 🌟 from picking us up very promptly at happo, bringing us around hakuba and even introducing an amazing onsen spot! Very kind and genuine person who ensures we have a good stay! TAIGA - best cocktails in tsugaike! 🍸 He is a charismatic and very positive English teacher, our conversation was with him was a lot fun. See you soon for the next round buddy! KIT - super kind guy and great company. Made our stay so much fun! Hopefully you make it in one piece through the winter season, our eager boarder! ASHLEY - thank you for arranging the logistics of our stay and making it so much more easier for us to catch our bus out of Hakuba HAYLEY - big thanks for making me the best bowl of noodles I had in a while! HARRY - very helpful and kind, made it possible to get our luggage (only 7 pieces) to the station. Awesome team in Arise! We made it back to Osaka but not without sadness in our hearts… Overall, we had an amazing time and we were very happy with our stay in arise - we felt home :) Angie and Luis

Unfortunately we had 2 single beds, would’ve preferred a double bed - it was comfy though!

Bit tricky to find

Very close to the slopes. Big pancake bro cooks delicious. Staff very helpful, I have quite a lot of problems and staffs helped with them all.

There's one day Sausage and omelette overcooked(burnt). Room floor looks not so clean.

C'est un hôtel qui donne plutôt le sentiment d'une auberge de jeunesse. La majorité des employés sont des jeunes expatriés autraliens et autres, gentils. La chambre est bien avec une salle de bain privative. Le déjeuner inclus le matin est bien apprécié. Il y a une cuisine commune si jamais vous voulez manger à l'hôtel plutôt qu'aller au restaurant un soir. Cet hébergement ne vous donnera pas l'impression d'être au Japon, mais un bon rapport qualité-prix! Il est situé au bas de la piste de Tsugaike Kogen, donc un vrai ski in-ski out si vous décidez d'aller à cette montagne. Avoir une voiture sera donc un must si vous décidez d'aller à d'autres montagnes. Il y a des places de parking devant l'hôtel, mais en espace limité cependant! L'

La salubrité des lieux, c'est plutôt une auberge de jeunesse. On ne s'attendait pas à ça. Mais une fois, qu'on a compris que c'est comme une auberge de jeunesse, c'est correct et très bien!
