Beautiful hotel the staff where amazing the quality of service and politeness from the staff was brilliant

Absolutely fabulous hotel, breakfast and dinner in the bar were outstanding

Breakfast, comfortable bed, lovely staff, lovely pool

Could do with air conditioning, more selection on the bar food menu,

Food lunch, breakfast & dinner were lovely, the staff are very friendly, the spa is beautiful, the room was perfect, it was large and had beautiful views, the whole place smelt so nice, I would have liked to take the smell home with me, I would definitely visit again

There was nothing I didn't like. I did notice some of the staff were new/in training, but we have to start somewhere. For example, bring cutlery after food has arrived, forgetting teas and coffees. The lobby offers light food, like coffee and teas and scones and pastries, but doesn't have anyone serving you, so you have to go into the bar to order, and then in the bar they don't have pastries on the menu, but will serve them to you if you ask. Food in the bar, room service, and restaurant is expensive
