Bathroom had broken toilet roll holder also bathroom towel rail didn’t work. No central heating in main bedroom but had a plug In electric heater.

The staff are unbelievable,, nothing is too much, friendly, helpful and just so lovely,,,

I liked everything about the hotel, reception staff exceptional. Room lovely, food delicious.

Just one little quibble - There was little or no wardrobe space & only 3 hangars. Fine for guys but for 3 ladies!!!

We tried to order breakfast for the room the night before but no pen was available to fill in card, so we called for one but none came so we had to go to reception at 11pm, also only 1 breakfast card provided even though card said fill in 1 card per guest. Prior to this we called the number for room service several times to order but no one answered. The second evening again we went to go order again but the room cleaning service didn’t replenish the menu card, didn’t replenish tea bags and lucky I kept the milk from room service in the fridge as the small milks were not replenished. I had a dreadful experience in the spa, my husbands Experience was good but mine was not and needed to involve the manager and to be honest took some of the joy out of my two days there
