"Enjoyed a short stay at this lovely hotel"

This property was clean, family friendly and close to the Japanese Gardens and stud which we were visiting

Access from hotel to pool/spa meant going outside and passing by windows of the bar which is a little inconvenient when in your swimsuit/robe

"We loved our stay, unfortunately we had some issues with the lifts, and also the serving staff at dinner time not very"

Breakfast was excellent. Staff fantastic. Rooms beautiful and perfect. Grounds georgous. Spa excellent.

The menu was very limited in the bar. Same menu daily with very little choice and not the standard or presentation I would expect from a 4 star hotel
