The Heritage

The hotel it self was lovely with the big staircase and the bar and restaurant are just amazing and really well done. The staff were amazing everyone of them from the restaurant to the bar the hotel very well to have such a brilliant team!

Rooms were really warm even with the Aircon on the lowest temp and a fan going. There was also a dip in the mattress which was uncomfortable. The breakfast was lovely can't complain there but the dinner and bar menu were ok at best the chicken tagliatelle and burger lacked taste and the chips were very plain

The spa was amazing and all staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our treatments and getting to relax there afterwards. The bedrooms were very well decorated and spacious. Food overall was really tasty with good options. The setting of the hotel and the grounds are beautiful too.

Staff training around allergens was not as comprehensive as other properties of a similar standard that we have stayed it. Staff had to check with managers/chefs for most menu items and did not have a good understanding of different options/alternatives. Nevertheless they were all extremely friendly and checked on each occasion to get the answers we needed.

We had such a lovely stay. The ambiance and property was amazing. Amazing size for a superior room and good bathroom. The staff were polite and helpful when they can. The access to the pool and jacuzzi was great. Seven bar had lovely food and drinks and service was excellent. Plus a delicious well served breakfast in the morning.

The only down side I would say was about the internet in our room, very poor signal and TV wasn’t working properly either- tried to get help but no solution was found. Plus, the mini fridge wasn’t functioning properly would have been great especially during our stay in the heat.

The wedding we attended at The Heritage was incredible and full of class..
