Snow Horizon

The accommodation was very spacious, very comfortable and very cosy. The flat was very warm, with a great stove to thaw us out after a full days skiing, whilst the beds were amazing, ensuring a perfect rest ahead of another days skiing. The locations was perfect and easy to walk into the local village and thanks to the excellent host Oliver, he would give us lifts to and from the ski slopes every day. He was very helpful also taking us to the supermarket and with giving extra tips on good restaurants and other local cultural experiences.

Olivier went out of his way to drive us around, pick us up and drop us all off when our trip had finished. He was great with advice and help,and it was almost like having our own driver there. He went above and beyond as a host. The apartment was clean comfortable and well presented.

Oliver truely made our stay at the snow horizon so special. He always made sure we were so looked after and drove us around wherever we needed to go. The room was beautiful and really made our stay so comfortable. If you are looking to stay at Happo-one there is no where else you should stay! Thank you so much Oliver. Amazing staying in Snow Horizon. Olivier gives his best to make sure the journey is the most comfortable possible with a daily transport service. The apartment number 2 is really comfortable and well equipped. We loved its location close to Happo-One and shuttles, beyond Olivier's service to bring you to the ski resorts around.

A lack of space to store all the gears properly and dry them when Snow Horizon is full. More racks or an additional room would be a great way to improve these aspects. To consider as per the description, two people on four sleeping in the living room, with separate beds. Not ideal for two couples.

Olivier went out of his way to make our time in Hakuba enjoyable, effortless, and relaxing. He took us to and from the snow each day, and even on other trips such as to the grocery shop. The facilities in the house were immaculate, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The house is in an excellent location: so close to the slopes. We would highly recommend this property.

The location was perfect. In the forest but yet only a few minutes walk into the village of Hakuba.

We enjoyed a 5 star experience with Olivier the host as he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Super friendly and helpful at all times. The apartment was fantastic. Everything felt brand new and was very clean. Super comfortable beds. Excellent location. We will definitely be back to Snow Horizon.

This serviced apartment is probably the best apartment that we've ever rented. The the kitchen was set up to actually be used and the furniture was as comfortable as a high end hotel. Bathroom was spacious with a luxurious Japanese toilet and nice shower. The place is run by Oliver - the owner, concierge, and sometimes chauffeur. Olivier met us for check-in to show us around, he would drive us to nearby ski resorts and grocery store, and even help us carry our skis/luggage. He met us with a sincere kindness and positive energy that made us feel perfectly at ease in a foreign country/culture. On our departure day, he dug out our car from a few feet of snow and guided us to get the car out. Just a perfect stay. The perfect 10 rating is well earned.

We had a fantastic stay and we were taken extremely good care of. The experience was great right from the beginning as we already before our arrival felt really well informed and very welcome. Every day Olivier took us to the skiing areas by car and picked us up again in the afternoon as well as took us to the supermarket when we needed to do some grocery shopping. We enjoyed all the lovely chats we had along the way. Therefore we give Olivier and Snow Horizon our very best recommendations. Jan and Vibeke

Excellent cleanliness and amenities. Attentiveness to detail and effort to maintain customer satisfaction was absolutely unparalleled. Never in my life have I experienced such a comfortable and amazing stay like snow horizon! Hakuba is best experienced under the enthusiastic guidance of the owner Olivier at Snow Horizon. I will be forever grateful for his part in my experience at this beautiful town.
