Snow Horizon

Olivier was the most accommodating and helpful host, picking and dropping us off at the station, the ski resorts and even taking us grocery shopping. Snow Horizon was a beautiful place to stay and we can't wait to be back again.

Olivier took good care of us, ensuring all our needs were taken care of down to the smallest detail. The apartment met our needs as a family and the beds were comfortable for sleeping after a day on the slopes.

Everything! Well equipped apartment, fantastic host to show us around. Convenient location with restaurants nearby. Close to Happo One and few minutes drive to supermarket.

None. We definitely will go back to Snow Horizon if we have chance to visit Hakuba again

Olivier was so accommodating, he was the most lovely host and was like our personal chauffeur and tour guide. I couldn’t recommend enough. He went above and beyond for our stay and now we can’t wait to come back to hakuba and stay at snow horizon.

We stayed at Snow Horizon for the past few days and iy has been an amazing experience. Both Reika and Olivier are very welcoming and kind to answer our questions as it was our first time in Hakuba. Their house is so nice and clean just as pictured, it is truly home away from home. We hope to stay here again. Thanks Reika and Olivier.

Extremely clean, the most welcoming owners I ever met, spacious room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Coffee machine in the apartment. in the basement, there is a washing machine at your disposal. Free parking place in front of the house. 5 min driving there are restaurants and supermarkets. The area is breathtaking and so quiet. Perfect start for our trip in Japan. Totally recommend Olivier, Reika and Snow Horizon!

We were in Hakuba in june during the green season. It is a great place to do some hiking and have some relaxed days in the mountains. The apartment is very nice and well furnished and Oliver is a great host. He even picked us up from the train station and showed us around.

This was an absolutely beautiful self contained studio apartment. Trendy and modern build with attention to detail and nice finishing details like the fireplace, towel warmer and electric code instead of a key to get in. Great amenities - very well equipped kitchenette to cook in, laundry with washer and dryer and indoor storage for outdoor gear just to name a few. The room itself had lots of windows with natural light and was very spacious with a dining table and room for storage which can be hard to find in Japan. Communication with the host Oliver was very prompt and incredibly helpful to help us navigate our way there. The courtesy pick up from the bus stop was much appreciated!! We were the only guests at the time and Oliver was very flexible with check in/check out. The unit is located right near the Happo stop for the bus to/from Nagano which is convenient. Overall this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time and was like staying at a home away from home. Would 100% stay here again!
